Free listings

Every shop is listed for free. A shop does not pay to appear in the directory or on a city page.

Shop memberships

Owners can claim a listing for free. Paid membership options for shops that want more presence are being finalized, and any paid placement is always labeled.

Sponsored placement

Some spots on browse and area pages can be sponsored. Sponsored means a shop paid to be shown there, and it is marked as such. It does not affect our best-for lists.

What money can't buy

A spot on a best-for list. A higher rank on one. A better rating. Those are editorial or earned, and they stay that way.
